Delete your Alqira account

1. Open Alqira and tap the menu.
2. Tap App settings and then Close my account.
3. Type your account email and confirm.

1. Sign in to your account on the website.
2. On the farm selection screen, tap Other account options and then Close my account.
3. Type your account email and confirm.

Write to suporte@alqira.com.br from the account email, asking for the deletion. We reply within 3 business days.

Before closing the account, delete the farm or transfer its ownership to someone else. Otherwise it would be left with data and no owner.

• You leave right away and can no longer sign in with this email.
• The data is deleted 90 days after the request. If you left farms pending deletion, the later date applies.
• Until the data is deleted, you can change your mind: sign in on the website with this email and reopen the account.

• Your account: email, password, name and preferences.
• The devices you signed in from, the security alerts and your link to the farms.
• The farms you owned and left pending deletion, with everything in them, each by its own date.

• What you recorded on someone else's farm stays on it, without your name, because it belongs to the farm.
• The record of your acceptance of the terms and what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment data, for the legal period.
• The farms' audit history, without the link to you.
